Do you support people or their carers who have palliative needs or who are at end of life?

We need your help! We need you to raise awareness of this work with the people you support and to encourage them to come forward.

We are looking for people with personal experience of palliative or end of life services to support development of co-production activities in Lincolnshire. We will work with people with personal experience and professionals from services to develop and design work together for the benefit of all.
