Congratulations to Annette Harding, Health and Wellbeing Coach, from South Lincolnshire PCN for becoming a Personalised Care Institute ambassador.

Annette is one of 20 new ambassadors countrywide who are highly-qualified, skilled and passionate professionals from across a range of specialisms – including GPs, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, social prescribing link workers and a host of other health and care roles.

They will be bringing their passion for personalised care together with their experience to keep personalised care high on the agenda of professionals across the health and care sector, and to inspire them to start their personalised care training journey.
