Social Prescribing Day is an annual celebration of social prescribing, recognising Social Prescribing Link Workers (SPLWs), local community groups, and regional and national organisations that support people’s health and wellbeing.
This year Social Prescribing Day is on Thursday 14 March. On the day, a wide range of individuals and organisations will be sharing resources and hosting events relating to social prescribing.
Search for #SocialPrescribingDay on social media and you'll see lots of interesting activities and resources.
There are many local activities taking place too. Check out your local G.P. surgery for more information.
