Colleagues across the world will be sharing what matters to them to demonstrate the power of understanding each other.

In Lincolnshire, we are encouraging everyone to slow things down, take the time, stop, and listen so that we really understand what matters to us in our workplace or organisation.
Members of the Its All About People Personalisation team took the time to complete a One-Page Profile and have shared them below.
Many of the things that mattered to our team members were previously unknown to colleagues but generated a better understanding and relationship between individuals. So, why not write your own One-Page Profile and then share it with your team? Let's use this day as an opportunity to learn a bit more about each other and to practice intelligent kindness!
