Thursday 6th June is what matters to you day 2024.

Colleagues across the world will be sharing what matters to them to demonstrate the power of understanding each other. We were delighted to be joined by Tommy Whitelaw, a leader (and a follower) in this movement, on the IAAP Pod recently. In Lincolnshire, we are encouraging everyone to slow things down, take the time, stop and listen so that we really understand what matters to us in our workplace or organisation. Members of the Its All About People team took the time to complete a 'one page profile' and have shared them below. Some of these things were previously unknown because 'nobody ever asked' so why not try and do one for yourself and then share it with your team? Let's use this day as an opporutnity to learn a bit more about each other and to practice intelligent kindness!
