Did you attend the It’s All About People conference and miss out on workshop 2 - “What gets you out of bed in the morning?” Or do you want to just come along and join us in this fun and reflective space to remind ourselves of one of the five foundations – Understanding what matters to ourselves and each other?
Through activities and games, this workshop will help us reflect on the importance of finding out what matters to people and how this helps us to understand what motivates people, helping set personalised, meaningful goals.
We’ll also think about what helps us to build good relationships with people, with a focus on co-production.
And let’s not forget about ourselves – when was the last time someone asked “What matters to you?”. Thinking about this can help us focus on things that support and improve our own wellbeing, helping us to carry on and be well.

Didn’t get to Workshop 3 at the It’s All About People Conference 2024? Another chance to be part of this workshop inspired by Foundation 3 – Working together for the wellbeing of everyone.
With a refresher on what co-production is and some examples of what Lincolnshire is up to, this workshop explores why co-production, particularly with people with lived experience, is critical to personalisation. We will challenge our thinking about the labels we place on ourselves …. and others in the co-production space. It really is All About People.
