Co-production (Individual Award)

Vicky Thomson is Chief Executive of Lincolnshire-based charity Every-One. They work at both an operational and a strategic level focussing on facilitating co-production, person-centred approaches, training and network support. Vicky was nominated for the award by several colleagues in recognition of her tenacious and professional approach towards personalised ways of working, in particular, her success with co-production and the impact that has had with service re-design. She is a true advocate of the 'doing with, not to' movement and with personal experience of caring for a family member, is passionate about influencing policy and practice so that colleagues work with people who have lived experience on order to positively shape health and care services of the future.
