The It's All About People Awards recognise and celebrate excellence in personalised care and strengths-based approaches throughout Lincolnshire.
The award nominations we received were judged by the It’s All About People Conference Steering Group, a multi-agency partnership including people with lived experience.

This category is open to teams or individuals who have been actively involved people with lived experience in shaping the way services are designed or delivered. Nominations need to demonstrate how experts by experience are informing development and are included in decision-making processes.
Here are the winners of the Co-production Award 2024:
Highly Commended: Kisimul Group
Winner: Health Inequalities Team, NHS Lincolnshire ICB
Celebrating the development of a new relationship with the public, this award is open to any individual who can demonstrate embedding at least one of the Five Foundations of Our Shared Agreement into their work with people. Nominations need to show the impact this approach had on people.

Highly Commended: Gemma Wright, K2 PCN
Highly Commended: Sam Lewis, ULHT
Winner: Sean O'Sullivan, South Lincoln Healthcare PCN
Celebrating the development of a new relationship with the public this category is open to a team who can demonstrate embedding at least one of the Five Foundations of the Our Shared Agreement into their work with people. Nominations need to show the impact this had on people, as well as the team itself.

Winner: Lincolnshire Rural Support Network (LRSN)
This award recognises any person who goes the extra mile to embed a personalised and strengths-based way of working . It's an award for those who live and breathe personalised and strengths-based approaches, and who champions person-centred ways of working at every opportunity.
