Co-Production Champions
We are a group of people from across the health and care system who are trained and passionate about involving people in co-production.
We are a growing movement that puts the voice of those with lived experience at the heart of service improvement across Lincolnshire.
It may be that your service or organisation already has a Co-production Champion. If not, we'd love to have an informal chat with you to see if co-production is suitable for your service.
We also offer an introductory session to help colleagues to understand what co-production is and how you could work with people.
Several projects are happening across the Lincolnshire healthcare system that we could signpost you to, along with examples of best practice, and a 30-minute co-production awareness session.
